Wish to welcome one of our newest players, Richie. Richie took the initiative to start cleaning debris for the fairway of hole one. I would like to get enough people together to work on most holes making it possible to mow these fairways without tearing up mower blades. Hope that others will take pride in our course and join forces to get this course back to championship form!

After playing in Paducah this afternoon, it's pretty obvious there's still a lot of debris left from the ice storm. How much would the city be willing to help? If a little at a time could be cleaned out, and hauled to a point close to the road, would they (the city) be willing to pick it up? Maybe even let the inmate/community service workers earn their keep? I know it wouldn't be something that would happen over a week or two, but, if say a hole or two per month, or even every couple of weeks could be cleaned, it wouldn't take long. With fall and winter coming up, it would be a good time to think about something while all the over growth is dead.
Just tryin to help out, David L.
